Catharine Warren (b. 1946) is an abstract artist known for her landscape-inspired abstract papier collage paintings. Born in Portland, Oregon, Warren was educated at Sarah Lawrence College and studied with Friedl Dzubas, Ansei Uchima, and William Ruben and Barbara Rose. She has worked in Rome, Paris, Provence, and New York. Her work has been shown in many galleries including Aquavella Contemporary, Kouros and Zarre in New York, as well as Galerie Hopkins in Paris and Mas de a Dame in Provence. Warrens work is also in the Albright-Knox Museum, in the corporate collections of Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase, and The Gulbenkian Foundation, and in many private collections. She resides and works in Palm Beach, Florida.
